How do I join the event?
You can join the event by click the "Join Event" button on the event page and follow the instructions to complete your registration.
Why I haven't received any tickets?
Our system is using scan QR code for event check-in, so you won't receive any physical or digital ticket. Just make sure to complete your registration and show up at the event on time.
Can I do cancel or ask refund for my order?
Yes, 72 hours before the event starts, you can request for cancellation and refund by sending us a message through the contact form above. Please include your order details and reason for cancellation in your message.
